Iced PSL with Pumpkin Cold Foam

Gerber pumpkin puree isn’t just a nutritious option for your baby - it can make a delicious sweet & spicy cold foam for grown ups, too! Gerber pumpkin puree is the perfect seasonal base for your homemade pumpkin spice lattes. Make a batch of pumpkin cold foam and use it in your caffeinated treats all week long. PS: you can also enjoy it on hot chocolate, chai lattes, and even pumpkin pie - the possibilities are endless!
 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 2oz tub of Gerber® 2nd Foods Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for topping
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite pumpkin spice creamer - we used Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice creamer

 

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, Gerber Pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until a thick foam forms. You can also use a food processor, blender, or stand mixer if you prefer. You’ll know it’s ready when you lift your whisk out of the cold foam and stiff peaks form that hold their shape.

1 2oz tub of Gerber(R) 2nd Foods pumpkin

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for topping

1 cup cold brew coffee

1 tbsp of your favorite pumpkin spice creamer - we used Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice creamer

 

 

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, Gerber pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until a thick foam forms.   1. In a glass, pour the cold brew over ice and add the pumpkin spice creamer, mixing until combined. Top with about 2 tbsp of pumpkin cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Store the remaining cold foam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
