DO NOT USE DURING PREGNANCY. Allergic reactions are possible in some people. Individuals allergic to peanuts, soy or other legumes may experience allergic reactions to fenugreek. Do not use this product if you have diabetes mellitus or cardiovascular problems. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you have any medical condition or if you are taking medications. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 2 capsules twice a day. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless directed by your healthcare provider. Each capsule contains 500mg fenugreek. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources and direct sunlight. Do no use if inner seal is missing or damaged.
